Zutaten:
2 Bananen
20 g Erdnussbutter
200 ml Milch
oder 200 ml Hafermilch
30 g Proteinpulver, Schokoladen-Geschmack (optional)
100 g Eiswürfel(optional)

Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten in den Mixer geben und alles gut durchmixen.
